1) Complete & Submit Your Application for Admission
2) Pay the $50.00 non-refundable Application Fee
3) Submit the Ordained Sangha Member Scholarship form, if applicable
4) Send in two Letters of Recommendation (including one from your current Buddhist teacher)
5) Send in your writing sample
Both letters of recommendation & the writing sample may be submitted during the online application process, or e-mailed directly to enrollment@five-mountain.org.
